The name perfume originated in Latin “per fume”, which means through smoke.The first perfume was made in Egypt from different oils. Than Arabs and Romans discovered the process. The first perfume in Europe was made in Hungary in 14th century and was called across the Europe as Hungarian water. The flowers used to create the perfume were grown in southern regions of Europe, in Italy and France.
